Stellar job by Platinum Plumbing replacing my gas water tank.  Jon, the Tech, identified a sizable gash in the new tank as he unwrapped it in my garage. He came in to tell me there will be a slight delay (~2 hrs) to complete the job, given that he has to return it to their supplier and pick up a new tank. John with Platinum Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was exactly who we needed!  Following an unexpected event, he was at our home within an hour of calling.  He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our bathroom plumbing.  He explained there had been previous repairs, but no current problems.  John showed us everything as he described it.  We appreciated his honesty.  He cleaned the area in which he was working to better condition than when he arrived.  He made a detailed report following his visit. We had a fantastic experience with Platinum Plumbing. Jon came out to our house in Newark on short notice for an assessment and quote. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuine, while providing multiple solutions that were more than reasonably priced. It gets better. Jon was incredibly efficient. The job was actually completed the same day within 2 hours of arrival (this included an initial run to the hardware store). Very happy these guys were recommended. They are doing it right! Evan from Platinum Plumbing and Drain did a great job helping me with a water service line issue at my rental property. The city flagged the line as needing replaced and Evan handled everything from digging at the curb box to replacing the section with copper and coordinating the city re-inspection. He made the whole process much easier than I expected. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything passed inspection and was backfilled properly afterward. It’s not always easy finding someone dependable for this kind of work, but Evan was straightforward and professional the whole way through. I'm not kidding. I did NOTHING and it was done within 48 hours from contacting him.
